NWF’s 2011 Campus Climate Fellowship Program

The National Wildlife Federation’s Campus Ecology Program is calling for applications for their 2011 Campus Climate Fellowship Program! If you are interested in getting money for sustainability projects on Campus or trying to reduce your campus’ greenhouse gas emissions this is the program for you! The NWF awards fellowship grants to Undergraduate and Graduate students with faculty and staff support on campus.

Awards range from $500 to $1000.

Sustainability projects can include, but are not limited to: Greenhouse gas inventories, Climate action plans, Energy conservation and efficiency, Buildings, Renewable energy, Transportation, Buildings, and Habitat.

The deadline to submit proposals is January 15, 2011.

NWF Fellowships allow students to pursue their vision of an ecologically sustainable future through tangible projects to confront global warming on campus and in the community. Fellows gain practical experience in the conservation field and first-hand knowledge of the challenges and opportunities inherent in successful conservation efforts.
